Setting Up Your White-Label Portal

  1. Go to Settings > Portal

    Open the main navigation and select Settings, then choose Portal from the sidebar to access white-label configuration.

  2. Upload your logo

    Click Upload Logo and select your agency logo file. SVG or PNG format is accepted; 200×50px is the recommended size for the best display in the portal header.

  3. Set primary and accent colors

    Enter hex values for your primary brand color and your accent color. These are applied to buttons, links, and highlights throughout the portal.

  4. Set the portal name

    Type your agency or product name in the Portal Name field. This name appears in the browser tab title and in the subject line of automated emails sent to your clients.

  5. Write a welcome message

    Compose a short welcome message that new client accounts will see when they first log in. Use this space to introduce your team or explain what the portal provides.

  6. Click 'Preview as client' to review the portal

    Select Preview as client to open a full read-only view of the portal exactly as your clients will see it. Check that the logo, colors, name, and welcome message all appear correctly before inviting your first client.

After setup is complete, invite your first client via Clients > Invite. Enter their email address and assign them to any active services — they will receive a branded welcome email and land directly in your white-label portal on first login.
