Client Portal
The client portal is a white-label web app your clients use to interact with your agency. It lives on your own branded URL and carries your logo and colors — no Strata branding appears anywhere unless you choose to mention it. Clients browse your services, submit orders, download delivered files, pay invoices, and open helpdesk tickets entirely within this branded environment.
What clients see
Open orders and their current status, delivered files ready for download, invoice payment via Stripe checkout, and helpdesk tickets for support requests.
What clients don't see
Strata branding or platform references, other clients in your account, your internal order notes, and any agent or automation configuration.
Initial portal setup#
Go to Settings > Portal
Open your dashboard, click the Settings icon in the sidebar, then select Portal from the settings navigation menu.
Upload your logo
Click Upload Logo and select an SVG or PNG file. Recommended dimensions are 200 x 50 px. The logo appears in the portal header and on all client-facing emails.
Set primary and accent colors
Use the color pickers to choose your Primary color (buttons, links, active states) and Accent color (highlights and badges). Enter a hex value directly or pick from the palette.
Set your portal name
Enter the display name shown in the browser tab title and email subjects, for example "Acme SEO Client Portal". This is not your URL slug — it is a human-readable label.
Click Preview as client
Click the Preview as client button to open a live preview of your portal in a new tab. You will see exactly what a logged-in client sees, including your logo, colors, and portal name.
Portal URL#
Your portal URL is automatically provisioned when you create your account. The default format is shown below. If you want clients to access the portal on your own domain (for example, portal.youragency.com), go to Settings > Portal > Custom Domain and follow the DNS verification steps.

Client access is invitation-only. As the operator you invite a client by entering their email address in the Clients section of your dashboard. The client receives an invitation email, clicks the link, and sets their own password. Once they complete sign-up, their account is active and they can log in to your portal immediately. You can revoke access at any time from the same Clients panel.
