Creating Service Packages
A package is a bundled set of services sold as one SKU. Instead of clients ordering individual services, they purchase the package and receive everything included — at a single price you control. Packages are ideal for productising recurring engagements, sprint-based work, or multi-phase audits.
SEO Retainer
Keyword research, content brief creation, and a monthly performance report — bundled into a single monthly subscription clients can activate from your portal.
Content Sprint
10 published articles including briefs, writing, and delivery. A fixed-scope package suited for clients who need a fast content push without an ongoing commitment.
Audit Package
Technical site audit, prioritised recommendations, and a ready-to-execute action plan. Delivered once — priced as a one-time purchase.
Open the package builder
Navigate to Services → Packages → New Package. This opens the package editor where you will configure everything before publishing.
Name and describe the package
Enter a clear name and a client-facing description. The description appears on your portal and in order confirmation emails, so write it from the client's perspective.
Add included services
Use the "Add Service" dropdown to select which of your existing services are included in this package. You can add as many services as needed. Services retain their individual configurations (intake forms, agent delivery) when bundled.
Set the package price
Enter a package price. This can be less than the sum of the individual service prices — bundles are a common way to offer volume or loyalty discounts. Choose a pricing model: Fixed (one-time) or Subscription (monthly or annual).
Set visibility and publish
Choose Private (clients access via invite link only) or Public (visible on your portal to anyone with the URL). When ready, toggle Published and save. The package is immediately available at the configured visibility level.
